It was nice and comfortable to stay on the Bhimtal trip. The staff was so good and helpful. The Room was so spacious and comfortable. The location was also peaceful and calm. The cleanliness and facilities were super. I will recommend the property to others.

Bedsheets were dirty with stains. Quilt covers were dirty and foul smelling. Towel smelled of smoker.

Smelly toilets, no room service, hotel is very far from highway, even food taste was very bad. I will never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.
