Very bad room service and guest handling way the owner didn’t present there for guest service and even didn’t picking the call if we called hin for facing any issues of us

Floor was dirty, blankets were dirty, not a good experience. The place overall was not good. Not a homestay at all. It was a pg and some rooms were reserved to use as hotel.
