Not even basic amenities in this hotel, we don't have any other choices so opted for this, never choose this hotel.

Its not recommended
Property maintenance is not good, rooms were not clean as minimum. Walls and roof are having dirt. No food option available here

Average Stay
Room was very small but they have given big rooms to other guests. There is no drinking water available, no dustbin available, room was also not that much neat and clean, entire night there was no electricity. Based on the charges really not satisfied. no electricity, no drinking water, no dustbin etc.

Not good for families
The location of the property was far from major places. The rooms were ok but cleanliness was not maintained in the property. The staff behavior was ok.

However, we would like to mention you the major tourist places in the district are scattered at different locations, where Sunshine Villa located in the center of Wayanad to enable the tourists to explore multiple locations.

It was a good stay at that property. The surrounding area of the property was so peaceful and easy to reach as well. The room was so comfortable and relaxing. The staffs were humble and well mannered. Suitable for all and I must recommend the property to others.

Good stay
Great place to stay with a group of friends. Centrally located at Wayanad. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with all modern facilities. The food was delicious and hygienic. The hosts and staffs were cooperative and responsive, must recommend the property to others.
