The worst experience i ever experienced first was the lift smell and the hotel also smells and they charged me more for early check in and they door lock is broken i experienced they worse here

Perfect hotel for stay. Location is best and services and facility is perfect staff behaviour is very polite and calm very helpful early checking and late check out is also available best hotel to stay

cockroach were room everywhere when lights goes off, Tv was not working when asked the hotel staff he said we can't do anything, The hospitality and hygiene was not good

The location is very good. Ease reachable . Food is available near by places. Home is spacious but need some more neatness.

It wasn't clean, there were cockroaches everywhere and instead of air, ice was falling out of the AC. All in all just the worst experience.

I recently stayed at super capital o sigma cricotel, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Here are the issues i encountered during my stay: 1. Torn bed sheet: upon entering the room, i noticed the bed sheet was torn and had stains on it. It was incredibly uninviting and made me question the cleanliness of the entire room. 2. Ac not working: the air conditioning unit was not functioning properly. Despite several attempts to adjust the settings, the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout my stay. 3. Bathroom flush not working: the bathroom flush was not working, which made using the facilities very inconvenient. Despite reporting this to the hotel staff, no action was taken to resolve the issue. 4. Bath towel and soap not provided initially: bath towels and soap were not provided at the beginning. Upon requesting them, the hotel staff handed me a bath towel that was lying on the floor and hanging on the front door of the hotel. This was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. 5. No working tv, no wi-fi, no intercom: there was no working television, no wi-fi, no intercom in the room, contrary to what was advertised on the hotel's website. This was a significant letdown, especially for a hotel that claims to offer modern amenities. 6. Worst maintenance inside the room and common area: the overall maintenance of both the room and the common areas was appalling. The bed, pillow and common sofa was in bad condition, the furniture was old and broken, and corridor was dark. 7. Awful smell: there was an awful smell upon entering the room, which persisted throughout my stay. It was very unpleasant and made the stay uncomfortable. 8. Bad behavior from hotel staff: the most distressing part of my stay was the unprofessional behaviour from the hotel staff. They were unhelpful and dismissive of my complaints, making the entire experience even more frustrating. Overall, my stay at super capital o sigma cricotel was far from pleasant, and i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The combination of poor facilities and terrible customer service made for an awful experience.

Even after paying full amount to make my trip i have to pay additional amount and we checked in 11:50 am even after that they charged rs 50 additional. After paying all this this not a with hotel

- Bathroom Fittings are gone bad - There is a foul smell due to lack of ventilation - Room service telephone wont work - Charged ₹200 extra by stating some invalid reasons

Reservation made through mm t payment done. Once reached hotel, receptionist asked for additional payment else denied checkin. This is unfair, forcefully made a rs 400 extra over then only checkin allowed. Worst experience with mmt.

It was worth the price. Location wise, it is perfect if you are looking to visit iimb. Hotel can do better on hygiene front, but can not complain since it is budget hotel.

Don’t book this hotel i have reached property they will ask extra amount against gst. They denied checking morning 3am they said we don’t care you already paid but you have to pay here gst otherwise we will not allow you for check in

primarily this hotel belongs to the group of business hotels, not family purposes. but for short span of staying ,it is o.k. it has no fecility of resturant, no provision basic amenities of breakfast, tea and coffee. but after all the other amenities are apt in consideration of money. so it is good apart from other inconveniences. thanks.

Do not book this hotel, they demand extra money while you check in. Not good for family stay. Beware
