I have booked for 2 nights and when they entered to room there was no tv and room was also not in a clean condition and the wash was terrible. I raised to change my room however the hotel staff said not possible and i struggled a lot to stay since it was night i reached i couldn’t have another option. What happened see in app was not the reality in premises.

Dirty sheets, no cleanliness, poor service, damaged and leaking washroom, lights malfunctioning. Overcharged water bottles and basic amenities. No tv and the ac was damaged too.
