Oyo trust broken big time

The place was extremely dirty, they were hair in the bathroom, the floor had dust and it was sticky. Even after complains, Oyo did nothing, I booked this place only because of Oyo, but that trust is broken now, I would never book and Oyo again. I had a two day Stay planned here, but I had to cancel and book another place, I did not even get a refund for the second day.
