Horrible —unclean, unsafe, s, unusable rooms, no service.

There is no food facilities room cleaning was nice

Washroom was terrible. No cleanlines. Train washroom is better. Bedsheets are not at all clean. When we asked them to change, they said these are fresh and cant be changed.

Worst staff , not responding to any quiries , didn’t allow to use swimming pools , no cleanliness , no reception phone in room , ..... never ever book this hotel
