I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my hotel booking on the 24th. Upon arrival, I was initially allotted Room 308, which had extremely dirty bedsheets and was full of mosquitoes. After raising a complaint, I was shifted to Room 402. Unfortunately, the condition there was no better—the bedsheets and pillow covers were also very dirty. Even after requesting they changed bedsheet, the replacements provided were equally unclean.. Room have cigarette smell.
The housekeeping staff present at the reception were unresponsive and kept stating that the manager was not available to address my concerns.
Furthermore, although I paid for breakfast through MakeMyTrip, the hotel did not provide any breakfast facilities. They also failed to offer even a single bottle of drinking water.
