1. place is not hygienic. common garbage outside the door and not cleared every day. 2. free breakfast will be provided outside the hotel which is in the next street small hotel not fair. 3. Sunday no breakfast was provided and asked us to wait till 8.30am. Normally breakfast should be provided by 7am. so we didn't have our breakfast and no refund provided. totally disappointing and I don't recommend this place anymore

My stay was pleasant and comfortable. The location is convenient and easily accessible. The room was clean, the food was good, and the staff was very polite and helpful. Amenities were well-maintained, and the overall experience was satisfying. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

I booked including breakfast but they didn't give and informed several times to hotel reception and mmt also and no response not clean in proper and blanket are damaged and dirty

I stayed there for about a week. Location is Ok. Staff is careless and arrogant. Toilet flush was not working properly. AC didn't cool the room. And one day there was no water till 11 am !!

It was very bad experience. Room was full of cigarette smell and crowd was very bad. Highly inappropriate for family. Even the response was poor and i left the place immediately after watching all this. Actually i need the refund from mmt. Very bad experience.

New property but lacks maintenance, flush doesn't work, no water from sink tap, only hot water in washroom, dirty bed. They don't provide any thing - wifi, soap, bodywash, when questioned they simply answer its like that.I booked for breakfast but to my surprise they do not have any such option.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my hotel booking on the 24th. Upon arrival, I was initially allotted Room 308, which had extremely dirty bedsheets and was full of mosquitoes. After raising a complaint, I was shifted to Room 402. Unfortunately, the condition there was no better—the bedsheets and pillow covers were also very dirty. Even after requesting they changed bedsheet, the replacements provided were equally unclean.. Room have cigarette smell. The housekeeping staff present at the reception were unresponsive and kept stating that the manager was not available to address my concerns. Furthermore, although I paid for breakfast through MakeMyTrip, the hotel did not provide any breakfast facilities. They also failed to offer even a single bottle of drinking water. The air conditioning was another issue—it seemed to be centrally controlled by the hotel. After midnight, it didn’t work. day time also they cut the Ac connection This has been the worst hotel experience of my life.
