A plea-sent stay with good rooms, our family really enjoyed the stay here & the food service from near by restaurant also fine, well maintained room, 100% cleaned and, hearty welcome from the reception, and he explained us to all visting places. Before i check in i saw some bad comments, i thinks they are stupids

One of the best place to stay with affordable price. Its location is amazing you can find just on the main road with a good parking and yes i can say hotel cleanliness was amazing. This hotel gives you a luxury vibe.

Booked for 3 days. For the 1st 2 days the stay was terrible. Although room and ac were good, water was not coming in toilet and wash. After complaining 2 days they given 1 good room finally to stay for the 3rd day. That room on 2nd floor was excellent. (water was available on that room)

I had a very bad experience from the receptionist. On 10-04-2024 i have booked a room for one day in the o cloudy mist hotel through the make my trip application. And we reached there by around 11pm at hotel, the receptionist said that there is no rooms available here. I told them regarding the booking details but he rudely said that you call make my trip, my money gone very bad hotel not book this hotel

If your planing a trip to munnar please don't stay in this hotel if your going with family, from start this hotel gave me headache while checking in they gave one ac and one non ac room and they gave one cooked up reason for it. After speaking with makemytrip customer care it got resolved. And there is no hot water if u want to freeze in the morning by bathing here u can, there is no room service, they will give complimentary water after u ask. And in room and outside room u can find all type of empty alcohol bottle. If your going with family kindly avoid this hotel.

We booked 14 rooms for 38 adults n 2 kids using make my trip almost before a month. I also kept following with mm t twice for confirmation of room (as we weren't provided with accommodation contact details. Mm t confirmed me that rooms are confirmed and payment received by hotel. All of sudden, when we visited hotel we were provided with only 10 rooms. When we asked mm t told that they can refund the amount, but can't provide alternate accommodation. We with elders and children were left stranded as we had no choice at last moment. At last there was a dormitory in terrace, where we adjusted to stay instead of the remaining 4 rooms. What's more worrying is mm t failed to support us during our desperate need. To sorry to say this. I'll never ever use mm t hereafter
