Worst stay ever. Very unhygienic rooms. Very foul smelling rooms, bed filled with bed bugs. I had booked for complimentary breakfast but the hotel didnot have functional kitchen. Bad behaviour of receptionist. Not at all cooperative. When i asked for room change they said only one extra room was available and rest all are booked. The only extra room available was more horrific then the one allotted to me. Tv was not recharged, This 10 minutes became more than an hour even after repeated (6 times) calls they dont recharge. Atlast when i shouted at them they said sett-op box of my room is damaged and they replaced it with another room's sett-op box. Whole night we had to sleep on the floor(thanks to the room service guy he cleaned the floor on our request at late night. How can someone provide me an upgraded room if all their rooms are booked except the one i stayed in and another far more horrific room. Never ever book this hotel. And sincere request to make my trip, please improve your customer service during night hours. We tried a lot to reach you out but couldn't. We could only connect you in morning.

Never book any hotel. I wasn't able to stay even one night. I left the hotel on 19th aug early morning.
