I used to stay in many hotels all across UP but I never faced such a horrible situation with hotel,like no one was there (They were but just for formelatiies)even for basic needs like water towel, badsheet change. I ordered food from theirs restaurant but after 1 hrs I got to know there wouldn't able serve food as they were busy in their own stuff. I did my booking from MMT. The hotel staff denied that they have any booking on my name and said that the hotel is full. On raising complain on MMT they provided me a room.
