Hotel is new. Facilities are very less. Staff is only 2 or 3. Rooms are ok.

No support staff for room guest, no cleaning was done on either days of my stay. Washbasin was in the room itself near to bed, rather toilet didn’t had it. No water kettle for tea / coffee. Hotel didn’t had lift. Door mates near washroom or main room entrance was also not available making room dirty when entered with shoes in. Frequent power cuts. During my entire stay i had to stay in the same dirty room as they were not having cleaning staff. Hotel person told that owner is not providing enough resources for guests to stay.

The hotel atrocious to say the least. On visit to the i did not even check in looking at the place. They also did not return the money i paid not a small amount rs 8k . I am never ever going to book hotels through yours.
