First of all, upon arrival they said there is no room available although we had booked it in advance! we then argued as it was late in the evening, that still didn't help! at last someone checked out from there and then they were like i have a non ac room if you want of else we can't help! although i paid for an ac room and it was well in advance why would they deny at the first place and then negotiate with us for a cheaper service offer! i am not sure how makemytrip handles them but it was terrible to be in a situation like that! they argued for the price we paid for the hotel on makemytrip and when i said- why don't you opt out from that if the price doesn't suit you, he went speechless! i am not sure what kind of due diligence does makemytrip do to have them listed on their platform! i don't understand what would someone do if they are checking in late in the night after a booking and these people say there isn't anything available! i am gonna have to ask for a refund for this booking!

It is very bad, please do not book it. My sister had an exam and the check in time was 12 o'clock. When i reached late, i came to know that my room was given to someone else. We stood on the road in the sun for an hour. Even though i had already paid the money. Later, with the help of mmt, i was given a place to stay in another hotel.
