First of all, the photos are full of duplicates, and the room is nothing like what was shown. The room was very unclean and poorly maintained. All the cupboards were broken, and the switchboard had burn marks. There were no proper plug points in the hotel. There was no maintenance staff, and the people available could not understand or respond properly in English. On the application, it was mentioned that Wi-Fi, bathroom facilities, towels, and other amenities would be provided. However, there was no private bathroom—it was only a common bathroom, and even that was in a broken condition. The bed was also not cleaned, making the entire stay extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable. We checked in at 12:30 PM and checked out the same day at 4:20 PM. We have already raised a complaint with MakeMyTrip. We strongly recommend that no one books this place, as it is not suitable for any stay.

No rest room in booked room, it's unconfort to use the common rest room.. to be improved, no dust bin in the room, wardrobes worst in condition to use

didn't get 2 rooms as confirmed..the receptionist was asking for extra 300 rs which I ended up paying but still didn't give me 2 rooms..he was just allocating rooms and pocketing money with no customer service at all in mind.

There is common toilet not attached in room. Bed sheet was not cleaned, no blanket if asked they had given used one which is not good.. toilet is not cleaned and dirty

My experience was terrible, and further I will not suggest this hotel to anyone. - I have done Booking, but the executive asked me for extra money because according to him online price is not real, is this the way treats with their customers? - Room was very dirty, and unhygienic. - Ac is not working properly. - I am a regular traveler & first time I saw that hotel did not offer me a towel,soap,water etc, actually they haven't offered anything. A horrible experience, denied the room at first, on paying additional money, was provided an unclean room with no hot water. Used the room for only 4 hours, but never recommending this place. Also, the staff members are quite rude and helpful in anyway. No thanks

No rooms available when we reach late check in time as mentioned during booking. With kid struggled Ron find another room, completely lost trust with Make my trip, as I was having it during last visit.

Terrible experience, initially the room that i booked was very small and when checked with the reception they told via make my trip they upload wrong photos, after arguement i payed extra and took different room. The Rooms were not maintained and there were so many cockroaches and no hot water and the surroundings were also not ideal for the stay .

Rooms were very dirty. Inspired of telling the hotel stuff to clean it repeatedly, they didn't do a single thing.

Every time we entered the room, it was clean and fresh. After a long day, the soft pillows were perfect for resting.

thanks for your response. we didn't able to find the location even by the local driver. the hotel staff number was also not available to connect. you may check with them too, whether we stayed there or not. at least the hotel must try to connect 😕 very disappointed
