Not properly clean, Food price is very high, room service is good, ac not working,tv not richarged, I have also paid for breakfast but it was only breadomlet, overall the stay is average.

1. The bedsheets and bedcovers were not clean. When we asked the authorities to change, they initially denied our request but when we argued they changed the pillow only. 2. Window panel of bathroom was broken. But the staff's behaviour was good and the location was also good.

The maintenance of rooms

The bathrooms are dirty. No regular cleaning. The flash of the toilets are not properly maintained as a result a constant flow of water in the wc. So the entire water of the hotels are draining out through wc. Unprofessional approach.

No cleanliness’s for the property. Room was not clean. Washroom was like they have never cleaned it for decades. Full of garbage and the washroom floor was full of dirt. Please never choose this hotel. Teribble experience

Room was complete disaster with cockroaches crawling on the bed. Pillows were dirty and covers were not channo water in the bathroom. Corridor was littered with all kind of waste like food, liquor bottles, and condom packets.

Ask for extra money for prepaid bookings

I booked it for my parents. At the time of check-in he asked for extra money around 1200 extra. Said you booked at low tariff you have to pay or cancel it. Staff is bery rude. Also not providing receipts for extra pay. Rooms are also very average. Rooms are ok but washrooms are pathetic.

Worst hotel, nasty, extra cash payment

1) they asked me to pay extra while checkin. Also denied to provide receipt for that. 2) no cleanliness at all. Dirty room, bedsheets, blanket. Dirty washroom. 3) worst food. Utensils were dirty. 4) unprofessional staff. 5) i don't find a single positive point except it is near to the airport.
