I have booked hotel from make my trip and i have to wait for hours for checkin as the receptionist told me that we have been sold out despite letting him know that i have already booked it and paid for it. And i was allowed to checkin in at 3pm. Moreover the room service wasn't upto to the mark and for every single thing i have to go to the reception

Stay was an average though I felt it could have been better.
About the house keeping, room should had been cleaned daily and towels, bed sheets etc should be replaced daily but that did not happen.

used and dirty room, bedsheet seems someone did make out on it. no breakfast was served as it was included in the booking, i was told that they don't take online bookings and they only prefer offline bookings as there rate. i felt like vomiting as soon entered the room, somehow i spent the night then moved to other hotel nearby.

They always asks to pay extra money other than OYO charges , still gives you old bedsheet stained , no towels , no soaps, beds aren't joined properly. They warns us to pay immediately else they will cancel our stay .
