The reception desk forgot to return our 5 I. D. Cards and did not return on the check out day. We had to return to the Hotel to pick them. Our time was wasted

Terrible facilities

This is pest ridden with insects in the toilet. AC was not working and they wouldn't change the room claiming that they were full. The geyser didn't wor though they made available hot water in a bucket.

I was not hygienic. Washroom was very dirty. And the ac was broken not working properly. Clean the washroom and change the ac cabinet. It was not safe
