location was fine, did not have food from the property as we wanted food from pure veg place, amenities were poor, as per MMT page hot water was available but it was not, we had to take bath with cold water for 3 times in that cold weather, services was it was ok, recommend to improve cleaning and drying the room before offering it to the next person

The room was spacious, the washroom was not clean and up to the mark. Room service was very bad. Each and every order needed 3 to 4 times reminder. The room's Phone was also not working. Our stay was full of comfort and peace. The hotel provided a great environment for our family to unwind after long days.

It’s hard to find quiet spots when traveling solo, but this hotel gave me that peace I was hoping for.

Hotel O Aura Sonnet Inns, The Experience was good. Staff were friendly in nature. Room Service was on time. The hotel surrounding was clean and fresh. Only one this which needs to be improved is the In Hotel Restaurant Foods. It can be better.

Very hospitable staff and full of services at this pricing.They had smart tv with wifi, Ac at working condition and nice spring bed.

What I liked: 1. The room was at par with any other hotel. 2. The food was not bad (but don't expect variety as per menu card, order the items which are common) 3. I got an offer price, so value for money for me. 4. Staff behavior was nice. What can be improved: 1. The room was not cleaned on a daily basis which is not acceptable. 2. Location wise a bit interior but manageable. 3. The bathroom was just normal (in terms of look) but was clean enough. Overall it was good at the price I got!!

No in house restaurant service as the tender was recently eneded with previous one. Also no attendant was there , only one man was doing all the things and he was good at it so thank you.

Everything was fine and the staff people are also kind . Rooms and washrooms were clean and higenic . The food that we ordered there was also decent but a little bit expensive than usual. But there was a major drawback which I really want to mention is that the price shown on MakeMyTrip website and the actual price taken by the hotel people has a huge difference. I have paid the full money before going to hotel but when I reached there they said me that no we don't give rooms at such low price so you have to pay more then only you can get a room. So at last we have to pay extra money which is really disgusting.

Good hotel good room friendly staff no amenities like no towel, no room service, no room cleaning in 3 days of my stay, no hot water cattle. Hot water supply to washroom is very poor. Apart from this everything is very good.
