This hotel is so bad & taken extra charges for ac rooms and staff behaviour is intolerable. Rooms is not cleaned properly according to picture. From picture, rooms are totally different

it's a completely very bad experience with property They were given a check-in after waiting for 4 hours after that once they gave a check-in after 15 minutes they stopped the AC I complained at reception till 11:30 PM after every 15 minutes their answer was the same "we have called the mechanic shortly he came and made AC working

As we reached the hotel at around 0830 pm, the hotel representative denied to provide room by saying that i was late. Too terrible situation was with us that time due to night. And how we managed the situation by staying other place by wandering here and there, it couldn't be compassionate or understand by any other.
