Breakfast has to be improved to make it sufficient with quality and quantity or can be scrapped. I feel it is included just to be in the books of Oyo.

Overall a good experience

I had to face an issue as I had requested early check in at the hotel but Oyo had no intentions to allow me to do that without paying an amount, equivalent to my total 3 days stay, that too for just 3-4 hours before my standard check in time. That was a moment when Oyo could have shown some care for its regular user. But that was never a possibility. Though about the hotel, I felt very good. It was a cute clean room with good view. This stay was one of the few great things of my Guwahati trip.
I expected more professionalism from hotel staff but overall they are doing a good job. Though I am not happy with OYO early check in policy where they charge like anything. Except this greedy behavior of Oyo I enjoyed the stay.

Service with a smile

We had a great, spacious room. Upkeep was perfect at this hotel, it looked brand new. Our bed was comfortable. We had a jacuzzi room, it was perfect and we could see the TV, while sitting in the hot tub. We liked that. It was a quiet hotel and we slept great. The continental breakfast was also very good. We found the front desk to be friendly and helpful as well. A wonderful stay. We had a great.
