Mera booking 392 ka tha jb waha gya to bolne luge ki hamara minimum charge 1000 h apko 600 aur pay krna padega

Terrible Stay

The room is so terrible and horrible very dusty bed sheets and mattress, washroom is not cleaned and corroded tanks and the most important mosquitoes in washroom, floor is dusty and service is terrible and show.

No basic amenities

Booked with breakfast but no food facility available there. There was no phone available to call reception but it was the next day, i saw that they had put the phone below the bed which was not visible. They didn't bother to change the bedsheets and blanket cover before allotting the room. Even though it's was visibly dirty with oil marks and food crumbs on the bed. (shows how the cleanliness works here) there is nothing to say much about the claim of sanitizing every stay. That's obviously fooling you. I recommend not to stay here.

There was an extra charge if 400 levied by the hotel (person at reception said that this is the work of OYO and a lot of OYOs are pulling the same) , wherein even if you have paid for the room you are asked to pay an extra 400 which is not shown bill or even tax invoice. Pathetic hygiene, and terrible hotel, obviously.
