Housekeeping was very bad hotel staff was drunk on duty hot water not available room was not properly cleaned staff behaviour not good washroom very bad

Bed hygiene and dirty room

Room are in bed and dirty condition. Not recommended. They have asked for 700 rupees extra whereas booking is prepaid from make my trip. After contraction customer care asked to pay rs 500 and take a invoice to reimbursement. Very bed experience.

There is no cleanliness neither room nor bed. Staff has provided a dirty room nd no auro water. So much suffocating room no any fan, no ac provided. I want to refund.
