Staff with no humanity

Room facilities were average. Lift not available, so elderly people avoid above second floor. Coming to my experience, i reached hotel by early morning and the staff demanded extra money for allowing an extra person. We have paid the room for complete one day and used only to get fresh up for few hours since we traveled all night. Staff could have considered that and allowed the extra person, but ha didn't.

Demanded Extra Amount

I have been asked for extra Rs.500 when check-in as they did not getting the amount from OYO they said. I have no choice to refuse and paid. Otherwise property is good to stay.

Had booked non. A/c room. Denied that and charged extra rs:500 for a/c room. The approach path to the lodge was in pathetic condition.
