Worst experience it was…no ac,no water no room service…the room was also so smelly and my eyes were itching because of the room’s smell.we checked in late and checked out late too like 1 hour smthg because of that they took extra charges from us

It was worst experience ever. I was refused to check in to the hotel even though i booked the hotel 'kapish guest house' situated at beltola guwahati through make my trip n made payment of 2455 rs for 2 nights. I was seeking support from the customer care but didn't get any positive responses and did not get my money back. I was a very big scam that happened to me.
