Ideally a water bottle should be complimentary, I reached late to the hotel and exit early, they charge 30/- for a water bottle, toilet seat and jet was broken. Staff was rude.

The boy at the reception initially denied us entry as he couldn't retrieve the pnr number. The linens were dirty in both rooms. They didn't send us water in spite of our repeated requests. The bathroom cistern was broken and no toiletries were provided. I had to find another accommodation for my family. But, I must say the view from the balcony was excellent

Electricity problem. And power backup was not workinh. Terrible service. They didn’t even able to make tea.

I recently visit this hotel and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the front desk personnel were dismissive and unwelcoming, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest…..interaction with the staff was met with rude remarks and unprofessional behavior … when i informed the hotel staff that the washroom flush was actually not working , he responded in a very rude manner. discovering that my bed sheets were stained and clearly unclean, I immediately requested that they be changed. But the staff ignored my request entirely. And I’m from a different city, and my friends wanted to meet me at the hotel. However, the hotel staff treated them rudely and refused to let them in.

The calm surroundings were perfect for a peaceful escape from the busy city life.
