Terrible Stay

when i reached the hotel till 4:30 pm, they provided me a non ac room whereas i had booked an ac room, they had said that they will provide me an ac room in one to two hours, so i stayed there, after 3 hours i went back to the reception area to talk, still they were not providing an ac room after some time they provided us an ac room. too much bad experience 😕😞.
