They need to install telephones in the rooms to connect to the reception. It was overall a good experience. I will definitely recommend this for staying.

Located in a good area, i was able to get an auto from patna junction to the hotel at around 11:30 in the night. Rajendra nagar terminus is in the vicinity. Hassle free check in. Honestly i was not expecting such a nice room but it turned out to be great. Nice warm blanket and a fully functional washroom does 90% of the job

I will like to stay here next time too. Safe locality, clean, big room. Can order food and cab using apps sitting in the room and it will reach easily.

Facilities mentioned while booking the hotel were not provided in real. No intercom no clean bed sheet no water no cleaned almirahs or hangers in it no room cleaning no chair or table in it

No hot water, no phone, no towel, no water jug, no blanket only kamal. Worst experience. Staffs are good
