At first they said you shouldn't have booked from this app you should call and pay to themselves directly not through this otherwise they'll cancel the booking and you won't be able to do anything, rest hotel looks good from out but isn't maintained well, they had bed bugs, their jet spray didn't work, not clean enough good for staying some hours

booking confirm hone ke bad jab main hotel mein gaya to mujhko bataya gaya ki sare rooms book ho chuke hain ek room khali hai jiske liye aapko ₹500 alag se charge dena padega tabhi aapko room mil payega, raat ke 8:00 baj rahe the majburi mein mujhe stay karna tha isliye 500 aur paid karna pada,baad me maine dekha kai sare rooms khali the hotal me
