My experience with makemytrip booking is good facilities are overall good and your whatsapp chat queries handling is very nice. Overall nice experience with makemytrip in future i’ll also used makemytrip for further online booking.

i have booked room with breakfast but in their is not showing so they denied to give breakfast. even they said after lockdown breakfast facility is not here.

Seriously i am very disappointing. Can a hotel be that bad. I checked out in 30m due to the hotel being. I suggest that please don't give the booking permission. Request to mm t team please hold booking in this hotel my experience is very disappointing

There were no facility provided. No geyser for hot water. No tv there were mosquitoes all over. Room were stinking. Overall the facility provided was below level. There were no mugs and bucket in the washroom

Very bad condition room

Bad service. Bedsheets were not cleaned properly. Pillow cover were dirty. Foul smell coming from bathroom. I left immediately next morning and booked better hotel.

Room was not cleaned, ac not given cooling, washroom so dirty, in morning i asked hotel manager to start greaser for withing hot water but he denied to start the greaser.
