    Very bad hotel

    When i came to hotel they tell me we have not booking in their hotel. I saw them in makemytrip i have booking in their hotel but they dont believe and tell me that their rooms are sold-out what is this? they tell me they have a room where just one person checkout and they handover that room to me. But when i go and check the room rhe room is not satisfactory the toilet was very dirty.
