The property is located near to the gandhinagar central railway station. A restaurant is at a walking distance from the property. The rooms were well maintained and quite spacious. Basic amenities like towel and soap were provided. The shower was pretty good. The check in and check out was quite hassle free.

Hotel is okay and at outskirts. I could not get anything for eat in hotel or nearby. Need to go far for food. There is no manager, just small boy handling.

My stay at Hotel Relax 9nn at Gandhinagar was very bad. The amount paid for the property was not worth as the room provide to me ( room no.4 ) was in a bad condition. Damp wall , Furniture's in bad shape, Linen were staile and not cleaned properly, Towel was torned, wash room was not cleaned properly, room was dusty House keeping was not good. Complains was not properly addressed. The hotel is not worth for stay at Amhedabad as it created a negative impact during the stay.

Hotel location was not exact i found it difficult to search, hotel manager was a very rude person, room room walls paint was nit proper, mattress was poor can’t able to sleep, sink tap was not proper water was not coming properly, water mug & stool was not there in bathroom, no hand towel, bath towels also given by manager after so many time of asking, water bottles given by hotels was refilled plastic bottle, no toiletries no shampoo no soap no dental kit. I will-never recommend this hotel

Room is not cleaned properly and also no glass provided. Roof pits were falling down. No floor mat provided later it was that too wet

No water in the bathroom, no toiletries, no staff to attend, no restaurant in the hotel or nearby, charged extra money for early check in & not provided bill for that.

No water available, no backup electricity available, no telephone desk, no wifi available. And hotel staff not responding any problem
