The hotel room was spacious and clean. However, the lighting was not adequate. They had the English locks, but they were all dysfunctional, and instead they kept Indian locks. Neither did they check with me if I needed anything. Complimentary items were also not made available in adequate quantities, and the bathroom door was in quite a bad shape.

Talking about the locality it was insane and above all that it was a sophisticated room, good for single or couple travellers , also it literally had river view as the name (but the river was just a massive looking source of black water 😂) , The whole experience was good although

Property was neat and clean Centrally located and has good connectivity

Paid early check in fee which is 40% of the total booking amount. The check in was made 1 hour early then the allotted time

The hotel is very compact and old. It has very small rooms and there was continuous noise like some machine is running. Not a good place to stay

Neither AC was working. Nor Dore Lock working. room was untidy. Hotel staff was non - cooperative. I have booked room for my Wife and Sister n our 2 kids. they were feeling unsafe whole night. lt was one of the worst Hotel we have stayed.

Rooms were cozy and good, clean rooms, location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance from metro.

The hotel didn't provide breakfast as promised. They said breakfast ia chargeable. There was no glass in the room to drink water. There was no mosquito repellant causing problem at night
