The location though a little secluded but can be easily located and it isn't very hard to get a cab to the hotel and from the hotel as well. The breakfast was good and well served. Overall I am very happy with the services they provided.

It was a good stay with ample room. The food was good except for the fact that it's actually given pretty late of around 8:30 am-10:00 am depending on their convenience. Apart from that, it's an awesome place to stay at.

Stood there for 2 nights, all facilities were almost on a phone call away. Lifts and parking area child be the improvement segments.

The location was ideal for me, well mannered staff, although they stayed aloof occasionally. The hotel is good enough for a budget traveller. I did not face any issues.

The location is a bit away from the center point of Shilong i.e. police bazaar. The food was good. We ordered chicken fried rice, but again I had to remind them for ketchup or sauce. The TV was not working, and when I complained about it, they assured me that it will be OK within 30 minutes, but the issue was not resolved for 2 nights. The staff was polite and well behaved.

Outside food not allow in this hotel after 9. 30 you cannot order food. Cleaning room is only done when you speak them to clean.
