Comfortable stay given the price of the room. Staff is helpful. The location is quite good. My room didn't have a tv or wifi but for the price of the room it is understandable.

Room was good, air conditioner was perfect but near the construction was going on so bit annoyed and breakfast was not good.
Breakfast was not good other wise it is good.

They have asked additional amount other than paid online, there was no water they gave coil for hot water but power plug was not working blankets were not clean

Worst services. 1. person was awful. I asked him to let me know where to find the geyser so that I need not disturb him in the early morning hours for hot water. He did not respond to me. Also early morning I called him up to open the door and I said I will return in 5 mins. But he locked me up from inside and went for sleep. He was not responding to me

The hotel didn't accommodate my booking, stating that they are over booked however I had already paid for the booking online and the same was not even refunded to me.
