The hotel staffs additional amount to confirm the stay. They said they do not accept bookings, although the hotel & rooms were well visible. They charged 50% extra over the booking amount and gave me the room. As it was already late, i did not have any option but to accept it. They denied food order as per my wish. There is no ac remote at the room, and every-time i had to call the hotel boy to adjust the temperature. The receptionist was very rude and was continuously misbehaving, it seems they do not want any customers. Next day morning, the same boy called and said the check out time is 10 am, although the check out time mentioned as 11 am. They denied the fact and starting threatening of charging extra as i was checking out after 10 am. The bedsheets, towels were not cleaned at all. I never had such experience before in any hotel booked. As per the staffs, they don't get the booking amount in time and that is why they do not accept any booking. It's the worst experience ever.
