Please provide mineral water for free. If you want to take charges. It should be normal rates.
The room is well cleaned, but should provide free water bottle. and charges for water bottle are too expensive than normal.

Rooms are not clean, web spread over behind doors, lost of dust and dirt under bed, no shower in washroom. Food was OK, no variety in so called complimentary breakfast just Parantha or butter toast with tea or coffee. No parking for Hotel have to park on the road and even No lift installed in the hotel.

Very bad location, it is in local market above the shop. Bad room, small room, it is not hotel it is just like a Sarai this shouldn't be called hotel, very bad experience.

Unclean bed sheet, no power connection for TV, poor AC connection, and unsafe equipment

The stay experience was very bad. The bed sheets were not clean. The TV did not worked. Even after requesting for setting up the connection, the work was not done for the entire stay duration. The AC was in poor condition and did not worked well. The staffs were not very hospitable. The rooms are not as good as was shown in the snapshots.

Dirty bedsheets bathroom window broken. Very narrow passage. Only stairs for access in hotel upto third floor.

The room provided was so stinky and uncomfortable. The blankets provided were not clean. Bedsheets were extremely dirty. The smell in the washroom was so bad. The staff was unprofessional and rude.
