Location is ok but rooms are pathetic. They dont have basic amenities even no water bottles 😂 no room service no electric kettles and moreover they deliver soap after asking only

It was worst experiance, it not hotel, a big oyyyooo. Bed sheet stained, dirty no body was there to attend the guests, they don't even provide water. Pathetic.

This falgship hotel chandralok is very badly matained. Very bad service they dont provide anything basics without asking, no powerbackup, dirty washrooms and many other things.
