Review Of Super Hotel O Thrissur Near Thrissur Medical College

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Room Issues: The TV was not working throughout the stay. There were no lights in the dressing area, and only one bulb in the entire room, making it quite dim. No dental kit was provided. No room service was offered or provided during my stay. Service & Staff: There was no one at the reception to assist with luggage; no room boy or staff available to help. One night, there was loud shouting among the hotel staff themselves – a very unprofessional and disturbing scene. It felt like there was no discipline or basic decorum being followed. Overall, it felt like guests are left to manage everything on their own. I would not recommend this hotel unless serious improvements are made in both facility maintenance and staff behavior.

The room was not maintained well, bed's and cloths are not hygienic,i think they usually didn't wash after guest check out more over AC is not working properly its took more than 1 hour for making cool to the room

There was no soap, towel, hot water. I had a laptop and a mobile. I was not able to even charge both together. They blocked all charging portals except one. There were two pillows but only one got a pillow cover.

The only good thing about this place is the closeness to the medical college. The room service is poor and there's no hot water.

The rooms weren't clean, hot water wasn't available. Even finding the location was difficult as the name mentioned here is different from the actual name there.

At the time of booking showing breakfast complimentary but there is no kitchen and no service person available in the hotel and also vary bad service

Already i pay the amount for breakfast fast and i didn’t get breakfast the authorised person told me in this stay we don’t give breakfast and i lost my money and time
