I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the condition of the property we booked. Unfortunately, we did not end up staying at the property due to the unacceptable state of cleanliness, particularly in the washroom. Upon arrival, we were appalled to find that the washroom was not clean, which raised serious concerns about the overall hygiene and maintenance of the property. We checked the room, but the conditions were not satisfactory, and we decided not to stay. In light of this experience, I kindly request a full refund for the booking amount. We were looking forward to a comfortable stay, but the property fell short of our expectations. Please let me know the next steps to initiate the refund process.

Hotel cleaning is not good .Cost is high .

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite arriving an hour after the check-in time, my room wasn't ready. To make matters worse, the toilet seat was broken, the AC wasn't working, and there was no dustbin in the room. Additionally, I was charged extra for water, which is usually complimentary. While the receptionist was courteous, the other staff members were extremely rude. Overall, not a great stay.

First of all, there is no sign board of hotel. It took almost half an hour to reach Anant Villa hotel where in a paper cut was displaying Hotel O Ujjain. No facilities and no TV services available inspite of repeated requests. MMT should ensure the quality of hotels before booking. Tax was charged but no bill issued.

Actually, i had reached the hotel on 1/january/afternoon, so there was a delay in allotting the room because the room's were not clean, there was no wifi, telephone, and tv in the room was not working fully, till today morning. All the equipment was not worked, and brushes and shaving kits were not given, the condition of towels was also bad and water bottles were also not available. Bed, blanket, pillows and washroom was good condition.

the hotel is good, but the hotel searching is very very difficult, bcz a place of hotel name other, a "anant villa" so fast update this hotel name and address, and connected to the hotel owner ya the contact person this was a pathetic experience in the hotel in contact with the person. 12 hours to connect to a person and 2 hours searching a hotel. this is too much time to waste. and also drinking water to pay charges. it's not a good sign.

1st Hotel name change.. name is anant Villa... staff supportive... but the Property Owner is not Connecting. and Update to hotel is an connection not connected Hotel.

Cleaning issue, that provide only single towel, towel was not clean. Even they don’t change bedsheet.

The team was friendly, and the hotel offered a relaxing space. Great place to stay.

There's no dustbin, room is not cleaned properly. Only good thing is staff is cooperative

No cleanliness and atleast basic amenities provide karna tha . Hotel book koi or kiya tha and stay koi or hotel me karna pada.

We bad hotel. Wrong name at place. Manager’ behaviour was too bad. No window in bad room as well as in bathroom too. And we face very bad experiences bad atmosphere in room. Even though we immediately left this hotel within 5 mints.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was tidy, and the staff was friendly and helped us with anything we needed.

The hotel name in booking and at the property was totally different. I was standing in front of the hotel but not able to identify. Nobody was at reception for 10 minutes. There was water problem in washroom

The hotel staff didn’t answer my calls, and when I arrived at the location, the hotel had a different name. The staff still weren’t answering my calls. The main gate of the hotel was locked, and there was no one at the reception to assist us. It was a very frustrating experience.

The hotel is pretty close to the temple. The stay was good, rooms clean. Staff was polite and courteous. But some things that were mentioned were not True. I was charged for the drinking water and wifi was not in range inside the room, to access it you had to come outside. Apart from these two things, it's a decent place
