Bathroom was unhygienic no towel no comb staff disturbed in night while sleeping at 11:30pm and 12:30am two days. No proper kitchen. It was basically a hostel with no facility.

I have vacated the hotel in 5 hour's itself as the staff is not good and they took extra money from me. Also, they are using the room when i'm not there. It was completely terrible experience

No room. Service no water provided no lock for the door someone knocks your door at 1 a. M. Midnight foods spilled all over the corridor. They did not provide gst invoice also

Extremely pathetic experience. No cleaning during the entire stay, dirty bedsheets, washroom is also not cleaned properly(found used condoms and had to change the room. Bedsheets are too dirty to be used, i had to remove them before sleeping. Took charge for water bottles. Asked for extra payment for stretching the check out time even for 1 hr. No laundry service. Will never recommend it to anyone. Also this was my first and hopefully last service availed by makemytrip.

It was very bad, the photos and the actual room was totally different. No ac no wifi dirty room + dirty bedsheets, washroom and smelly room. It was horrible experience.
