Location is out side main town, as didn't book my stay one day before, i reached hotel 8th of jean 24 around morning 6 am and my booking was from 8th 12 pm as per policy, this i missed out. Hotel was locked and i was calling hotel since many minutes. They were asking me. To. Come 12 pm to chick in. It was very bad experience. Hotel should welcome guest. And discuss. I had to. Pay rs 1000 extra fro 5 hours only. Inside room gieser was not up to mark. Not good for couple who expects nice welcome. Overall good for single guys to stay. . I was not able to contact hotel well in advance. This was bad service. After booking there must be direct contact of hotel to discuss ones stay. Makemytrip should improve this feature to cross check details and contacts. And contact customer after booking is confirmed. For help. Thanks
