Worst facility, no proper location tag very poor hygiene nothing provided from owners side, very dirty blanket

I informed hotel in advance about my check-in after that when i received in hotel. Room was occupied and they told me to wait 30 minute. I wait atleast 2 hrs. Even they don't clean room and washroom. There was no handwash and a/c was not working. Hotel staff told me it will take 1 hrs for it. Hotel name was registered with different name and no food facilities. Washroom water smell bad and no drinking water in room no clean bed sheet. I told them to clean room but they told me staff is busy it will take approx 30 min. This happen when i make advance payment and i informed hotel before approx 2hrs before check in. Hotel staff was very rude

Poor response from hotel when i visited, they given my confimed room which is 100 percent advance paid given to other person.
