Basic hygiene was not there. Bedsheets were not changed, bathroom was not cleaned every day.

Room was unhygienic and especially bedsheets and towels are so dirty no basic amenities like hot water, soap and shampoo not recommended for families and single ladies.

A very bad place to stay, will not recommend it to anyone. 1. No proper sign board, there was different name all together. 2. No proper reception very shabby. 3. No proper preparation though my check-in I was late The room was not ready and they did not change the bedsheets as well It looked dirty as though the previous person might have used it. 4. Water in the wash basin was so slow it was barely coming. Low pressure 5. The toilet had a shower that was not working again slow water. Low pressure. 6. Shower also had low pressure. 7. No doormat near bathroom 8. No towels, no paste and no soap. 9. Trash was not cleared for 4 days. 10. TV was hanging almost about to fall. 11. The balcony was dirty not swept, the grills were dirty. 12. No Kitchen. no restaurant, Morning tea haf to walk outside. Overall it was a filthy and sick place.Not at all work for 500rs. per day. I was sad that this option I got on MMT which is reputed firm never expected this kind of arrangements.

Food there is nothing and they are just starting. Facilities - didn't find any except for the towel.. no soap or water provided. AC is good. Not changing bedings for new guest/ check-in. Needs improvement but it's ok, can't expect more than that for the low cost

I had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable, with all the essentials provided. The bed was cozy, and I had a restful night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and efficient air conditioning. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Though my stay was short, everything exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service. Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I had a very bad experience at this property and would strongly advise others to reconsider before booking. To begin with, the property does not even display the same name as listed, making it extremely difficult to locate. I had to call three different numbers just to get the correct address and name of the property. That’s not something a tired traveler should have to deal with. Once I arrived, things got worse. The staff couldn’t even find my confirmed booking in their system. I was made to wait around 20 minutes, and ultimately I had to help them debug their system to find my booking. Completely unacceptable. The room itself was poorly cleaned, and the basic amenities were missing – no water in the washbasin, no soap, and no standard bathroom supplies. This is the bare minimum anyone expects from a hotel. Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience from start to finish. Not worth the time, effort, or money.

The room was in poor condition. The AC wasn't working, and some of the promised amenities were missing, such as breakfast, which was included with my booking.

worst service by the reception staff and he responded from the opposite room in sleep condition. The room was not clean with cigarette burned pieces and I paid for morning breakfast while booking. They said we don't have the breakfast facilities . Water bottles not given brought it for chargeable. Never seen this type of hotel in my lifetime. Hot water is not available in the bathroom and the mirror is also not available in the bathroom. The bathroom condition was un-higine.

The room was great for the price. The only issue was that the bathroom flush wasn't working, but everything else was good.
