No facilities at all. No breakfast, no food, no water, nothing. Worst experience of my life

Location is accessible, Breakfast was not provided as they don't have a kitchen but the breakfast amount was refunded. Clean washrooms and rooms with clean bedsheets. No TV and toiletries is available

Utterly pathetic experience at this dump! Booked for its "convenient" location, but that's where the good stuff ends. Day 1, they try to scam me out of breakfast, despite me paying for it. Had to raise hell to get a refund. Then, the AC Compressor decides to crap out on me in the evening. They "fix" it by moving me to another room, but each new room is a disaster. Unsafe location, no storage, broken walls... are you kidding me?! Customer care takes 45 minutes to even answer, and all they offer is some coupon crap for breakfast. Forced to stay in another subpar room with a bathroom door that's basically an open invitation to trouble. Management's attitude? "Deal with it, buddy. " No refunds, no apologies. Just "stay till checkout and shut up." Avoid this place like the plague.

Location is not good....there is no room service...receptionist made us to wait for 1 hour to accomodate room..there is no water bottles in room...since it is near area to cricket stadium...we have selected this hotel.. otherwise no use at all..

The amenities at the hotel are very terrible, there is no breakfast provided by the hotel, but it was mentioned in the hotel details, the staff are not knowledged, they even not provided any dental kit or even water was not provided, they said the water dispencers are meant only for the staff of the hotel, there is no tv also, overall the experience at this hotel is very bad

It's not clean floor and bed also and night mosquitoes also there, when i asked in reception for cleaning room and replacing bedsheets they are not responded and delayed. It's not worthy 1500rs

Clean rooms and excellent service. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Our room was spotless. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient.

Bed sheets and pillows are dusty. Everything else good. Need to improve these things. I got skin rashes bcz of bed sheet and pillows

होटल स्टाफ बहुत ही रूड, होटल ने कंप्लीमेंट्री पानी तक नहीं दिया, टॉलेट में पानी भी नही, बहुत बोलने पर भी तीन कमरे बदले पर सभी कमरों में पानी की प्रोब्लम, किसी तुम में TV नही, मांगने पर भी नही दी।
