The property has a cozy ambiance and offers simplicity and value for money. The staff is friendly, courteous, and always helpful. The rooms are spotless and have an awesome view. However, the service is slow, and the staff is not very professional. The property seems old, and the rooms are not cleaned properly. Some guests had to ask for toiletries and towels, and there were burnt marks on the bedsheets. Also, the property does not allow guests for visits, and there were no female staff members. One guest had a bad experience as they were refused check-in and asked for more money late at night.
