they denied to provide food when there was a complimentary breakfast added. they don't have any restaurant. water supply was dead, then I was informed water was coming out of ac blower. bed was not clean full of stains. cushion in bed is terrible. the springs might pass through your body while you wake up . sleep at your own risk. bad behaviour by staff. very rude and like you are at a flood relief centre. you have to wait until your checkout so they can find the keys of any room possible.

My recent experience at this place was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment I arrived, I realized that basic facilities were poorly maintained. The washrooms, which should be clean and hygienic, were in an unacceptable condition. They were dirty, foul-smelling, and clearly not cleaned regularly. It left a very negative impression right away and made the entire visit uncomfortable. Adding to the frustration, frequent electricity cuts made the situation even worse. What made it unbearable was the complete lack of backup power. In today’s time, where even the most basic establishments ensure some form of backup, this place seemed highly unprepared. Guests were left sitting in the dark, sweating and struggling in uncomfortable conditions without even a fan or light. Overall, it felt like there was little to no concern for the comfort of visitors. When people come to a place, they expect at least the minimum standards of cleanliness and convenience, but here, even those basics were missing. Such experiences leave you feeling dissatisfied. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable or hassle-free stay. Clearly, a lot of improvement is needed in terms of management and maintenance.

Staff is highly non cooperative. No cleanliness. Bedsheets were bad though charged for breakfast but not provided. Even water not available. Pathetic experience

Worst service ever. Noone is responsible and accountable for anything. Lack of basic hygiene, no room service, housekeeping etc. It's just a place for night stay. Not a hotel.

The owner of the property started fighting with us when we complained about the ac and the fan not working. He asked us to cancel the property and leave. After requesting he allowed us to stay in a different room but without any services. We started for 2 n but there was no drinking water supply not room cleaning. Mm t should check these kinds of property before displaying the book.
