Friendly staff and rooms was clean only one thing is so many couples are coming, not suggest with family

The staff is very bad ,they asked me to check out in night even I was ready to pay extra payment,but they didn't listen

the property was not nice ..the cleaning was bad.. bathroom are not satisfied....I expected much about this property and this hostel

i have booked the room .... they have not given the room ... They are saying . all the rooms are full we cannot give the rooms ...book another rooms that the timw was 11:40 pm that's reaponisibel of hotel

It was a worst experience overall, they dont provide parking inside , nor the bedsheets were clean and no toiletries were provided

Name has to change from super townhouse to ramachandra residency. Its above average hotel. Cost and its futures not balenced. Its has to improve according to its prices. Lock system is not working correctly. Bedsheets have some stains.

The address they provided was not correct. I went to the address they provided but there is no hotel. I reached at 9:30 without dinner and searched around 500m but there was no hotel. The worst thing is i contacted the hotel representative but it's saying no booking was done. I wasted 30 mins of time searching for the hotel. So decided to check in another nearby hotel. My 1000 rupees was wasted.

The hotel's name was changed to raghavendra residency but when i booked from mm trip it was named as super townhouse gajuwaka but the stay was nice and comfortable

Room are cleaned & hygienic, staff are cooperative. Location is very good. Walkable distance market.
