The property is just for accommodation with no service, no cleanship, no communication, no food, you just check in and stay and check-out. Reception entertain you 2 times only while checkin and checkout

My recent stay at Royal Residency was nothing short of a nightmare. The hotel completely fails to deliver even the basic amenities that any guest would expect forget luxury, they couldn’t even manage the essentials: No towels, no soap, no shampoo in the room. Not even drinking water was provided. The water supply in the bathroom was either missing or irregular. The staff seemed careless and unresponsive to repeated requests. The condition of the room and overall hygiene were far below standard. The name “Royal” is completely there was nothing royal about this place. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel, unless you’re ready to bring all your essentials and lower your expectations drastically.
