in my room breakfast was included but they don't give me breakfast I ordered but they gave me only excuse this is not fare mmt wants to take decision immediately. fake service

The experience was very bad. Linen were dirty. Room had mildew. The washrooms had so much scaling it was totally disgusting. The complementary breakfast was just one Aloo paratha and a tea.

Property was well cleaned really not expected as the price is too low rooms a bit small but manageable neat clean washrooms were clean definitely gonna recommend and visit again 🙏

There was no food available only parathas were available for breakfast, no glasses were available, 3 mobile charging sockets were not working, cleanliness was very poor

Really worst experience of staying at the place. Breakfast had only one option as apparently they have lied about their restaurant on the page. They dont have working kitchen. So dont waste your time booking “including breakfast” cause you will be cheated. Their rooms are fine but their staff is rude and unwelcoming. One of main staff at the reception had parties in 7 days out of 11 days that i spent there. It was waste of money and honestly the breakfast could have gotton another hotel with a working kitchen in same price somewhere else. Worst choice.

Every thing is just ok but there is some issues about the cleaning of bedsheets and covers and blankets

Good stay clean rooms and polite nature very helpful proper parking and cleaning and a good environment

I was alone on a work trip. first of all there is no parking TV was not working also I booked complementary breakfast and all I got was a cold sandwich and tea which was terrible.

Property location is Ok but the Complementary Breakfast (with payment of 120/-) is not up to the mark. They said that between 7 am to 9 am they can only give one cup of tea/coffee with a small cold meyonese sandwich and they said after 9:30 am they will arrange the paratha from nearby dhaba. And after taking a cup of tea and a cold packed sandwich, I asked for an extra sandwich and they asked me to pay Rs. 40/-. Services is also Ok.
