Loved the hotel and the staffs were very welcoming and friendly. The location is near to biswa bangla which is best. And compare to other hotel it is affordable

New property, maintained properly. Cons : no bathing soap - u have to carry your own no bottled water -they provide ro water in used plastic bottles

A really good place for couple, staffs are so polite and helpful. I have booked prepaid but at hotel no extra charge. Very quick check-in process. Really nice place for couples. Totally worth it. Fully recommendable.

This place is great! atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority.

Service was average. Basic toiletries were not provided even after constant reminders. Constant cigarette smell. Not so appropriate for family stay since mostly bachelors stay there.

The hotel was in my desired location and was easy with the cab too. The major issue was cleanliness. The bed, washroom wasn't neat. Rather, there were mushrooms near the wash basin. Other than that, the staffs were cooperative. It was an average stay

1. Staff shortage, 2. Lack of basic amenities like geyser, electric cattle, tea bags, dustbin in washroom, toilet pepper etc etc. 3. Irregular room cleaning service, bedsheet and blankets are not clean, 4. Staff need proper training for cleanliness otherwise behaviour is good.

The response by the staff was pathetic. Washroom had no soap slippers etc. The pressure of water was way below normal and there were lot of mosquitos in the room.

The behaviour of the staffs were really bad but Super Oyo was definitely worst - They sell the prebook prepaid rooms to other customers - got harassed there in Super Oyo Townhouse -
